Escentral is an accredited four-day week employer. Our team works a 32-hour week from Monday to Thursday, with no reduction in pay. There is flexibility in when those hours are worked on an individual basis, and the arrangement is reviewed quarterly to make sure it continues to work for our people, our partners and the company.
