How it works

Understand your needs

We’ll hold onsite stakeholder workshops where we visit each type of space, understand what your stakeholders’ needs are and set clear and measurable objectives for the survey.

Get prepared

We'll meet online to talk through access arrangements and our admin team will complete a detailed preliminary questionnaire for each space to be surveyed.

Onsite survey

We’ll be onsite Monday to Friday each week until project completion, working through the pre-agreed plan so that nothing is missed, everything is photographed and all necessary data collated. We don’t need any onsite desk space and we pride ourselves on not being a nuisance while making our observations!

Crunch the data and write your report

We check and analyse all survey data and get it to you, in your preferred format, within 5 working days. The following week, you’ll get the detailed analysis presented in a consultancy report, highlighting your estate’s functional suitability strengths and weaknesses, with detailed conclusions and recommendations for addressing each weakness.
