The timetabling team has been one of the first to take advantage of a new service we’re offering; curriculum contact hour demand analysis and training.
Our timetabling experts have been showing the team how to work out the number of contact hours timetabled (per module and activity type), and then liaise with stakeholders to compare contact hours scheduled against those validated.
By embedding this data quality checking process into their timetabling cycle, the team will now have centralised, validated data available for comparison purposes.
The end result? Released timeslots that can be used to create better timetables!
