With our help, the timetabling team is now able to deliver live, personalised timetables to students all year round, and is making other big changes too. Here’s a snippet of what we’ve been up to with them. We’ve:

✔️Helped the university deliver new, personalised student timetables for the 2023/24 academic year.

✔️Helped improve timetabling processes and reporting capability, so that student information is more accurately represented and can be used for attendance monitoring.

✔️Mentored team members so they can get the most out of the timetabling software they’re using and solve problems as they arise.

✔️Made longer-term recommendations to improve timetable delivery over the next two to three years.

✔️Helped shape objectives and KPIs so that the university can measure the success of all these changes going forward.

This is an ongoing project, and we’re enjoying helping the UCA timetabling team take its skills to the next level!
