How it works

Understand your needs

We begin by defining what is and isn’t working, and what’s most important to you, your wider staff and students. We’ll then create a tailored proposal and plan of action.

Plan the project

We'll meet online to talk through access arrangements and our admin team will complete a detailed preliminary questionnaire for each space to be surveyed.

Collect the data

We’ll be onsite Monday to Friday each week until project completion, working through the pre-agreed plan so that nothing is missed, everything is photographed and all necessary data collated. We don’t need any onsite desk space and we pride ourselves on not being a nuisance while making our observations!

Create the results

We check and analyse all functional suitability data and get it to you, in your preferred format, within five working days. 

Crunch the data and write your report

You’ll then get the detailed analysis presented in a consultancy report, highlighting your estate’s functional suitability strengths and weaknesses, with detailed conclusions and recommendations for addressing each weakness.
